Senden und Empfangen von Emails geht nicht mehr

Seit einigen Tagen funktioniert mein Emailaccount nicht mehr. Ich empfange keine Mails und ich kann auch nichts versenden. Heute kam durch Zufall eine Mail an, mit dem Datum vom 21.4. Was muss ich tun, damit es wieder geht?
