Seit Juli werden Mails eines Absenders gebounced. Wie kann ich das ändern?

Guten Abend,

wie ich erfahren habe, werden seit Ende Juni Mails vom Support der App "Joplin" von T-Online-Mail gebounced, ohne dass ich darüber informiert wurde.

Warum passiert das und was muss ich tun damit das abgestellt wird?
