Phishing oder echte E Mail

Hallo,

meine Frau hat bei jemanden an der Tür einen Vetrag abgeschlossen, und daraufhin eine E Mail bekommen. Laut ihr wäre er von Telekom selbst gewesen, danach kam noch ein Anruf. Der Vertrag soll erst nach Ablauf unseres jetzigen beginnen. 

Da ich nicht zu Hause war und sie jetzt nur diese E Mail hat, weiß ich nicht, ob es wirklich ein Vertreter war.

      Das scheint eine EMail-Zertifizierung zu sein. 

      Wenn der Absender @telekom.de ist, ist die Mail nach der Vorgeschichte echt.

       

      An der Haustür war mit größter Wahrscheinlichkeit, die Firma Ranger, welche im Auftrag der Telekom Verträge generiert auf Provisionsbasis.

      Hallo @LiinaLiina,

      das hört sich alles ganz normal an. Auch bei der E-Mail sieht alles in Ordnung aus. Es sollte noch eine Auftragsbestätigung kommen. Fröhlich Ist diese angekommen?
      Ansonsten schauen wir genre nach. Dafür kannst du die Daten im Profil hinterlegen.

    Use of Utiq technology powered by your telecom operator
