Ich will mein Passwort ändern doch wenn ich dies versuche krieg ich "Passwort zurücksetzen für dieses Benutzerkonto nicht möglich. Bitte wenden Sie sich an unseren kostenlosen Kundenservice: 0800 33 01000". Da hab ich dann angerufen und diese Nummer ist scheinbar nicht für E-mail Probleme zuständig.
