papierrechnung-abbstellen form not accept my phone code

Hi, I`ve received paper mail with proposition to chenge my bill to email, that looks really nice but why this form not accept my telephone code (vorwahl) I am writing 0162 

google says it is ok

      Dank Nummern-Portierung gibt es schon lange keine feste Zuordnung von Mobil-Vorwahlnummern zu den einzelnen Providern.

      Ist aber anscheinen noch nicht bis zu den Programmierern der Telekom durchgedrungen.

       

      Für den TE:

      Thanks to number porting, there has long been no fixed assignment of mobile area codes to the individual providers.

      But it doesn't seem to have reached Telekom's programmers yet.

       

       

      P.S.

      Genau genommen sind es aber nicht die Programmierer, die hier versagen, sondern die Ersteller des Pflichten/Lasten-Heftes, an das sich die Programmierer dann halten.

       

      Aber vermutlich ist nicht nur das Programmieren, sondern auch das Erstellen des Lastenheftes in ein Billiglohnland ausgesourced.

      That's the problem, your link is for Fix-Net, not mobile. The area codes are then validated differently there.

      His link quit another and its require mobilefunk kundenummer and I don`t have it,

      Hello @Legolax,

       

      I guess you meant the invoice to your landline contract. In this case the phone number you're asked is the phone number of this landline contract and not your mobile phone number. 

       

      You can find the phone number and the customer number on the invoice you got by paper mail. 

       

      If that does not work, I can call you and order the change for you. In this case, just let me know here.

      Actually I dont have a landline phone, I have a contract only for internet+magenta TV, I dont need any landline phone and I dont have it

      @Legolax Regardless if you choose to use a landline phone or not, your contract has landline number included which is shown on the letter of confirmation and you invoices.

      I have just checked my invoice and there is no  phone number only Kundennummer and Buchungekonto
