Mailpostfach

Hallo, ich bräuchte Rat. Mein email-Speicher ist voll.  Papierkorb  und Spam und  Entwürfe sind leer. Eingang mit 50 Mails belegt und ein paar im Archiv. Eingestellt ist bei Eingang, dass sie nicht nach x-Tagen gelöscht werden und das möchte ich auch so behalten. Wird deshalb kein Speicherplatz frei? Und wo stecken diese Mails, wenn sie doch durch den Papierkorb gelöscht wurden?

      Hast du im emailcenter einen ordner..alt_inbox..

       

      Bzw andere  selber angelegt Ordner.

       

      Benutz die reinigungsfunktio für den speicher bzw sieh im emailcenter unter speicher die MB je ordner an.

      hallo, nein, habe keine angelegten Ordner. Speicher im MB hab ich angesehen und "Gesendet" ist relativ voll-kann ich die in Outlook speichern? das hab ich allerdings noch nicht.

      Ich würde dir statt zu Outlook eher zu Thunderbird raten, das ist kostenfrei und aktuell.

      D.h du hast pop3 in outlook.normal sind gesendete auch in outlook bei imap

      50 mails belegen niemals 1Gb was du hast.

       

      Achtung.. die Anlagen in den Mails belegen auch platz.....wenn die zu fett sind ,auf den pc laden und aus dem mail entfernen

      Outlook produziert manchmal geisteremails die zwar unsichtbar aber doch speicher belegen.

      Installier thunderbird und entferne outlook.

      Mit thunderbird..natürlich imap..abonnierst du unter Datei..abonnieren...alle Ordner incl gesendet und dann hast du alle deine mails..im pc

       

      Bei platzproblemen erzeugst du in thundi einen privaten ordner..der wird nicht synchronisiert mit telekom server..kopierst die platzverschwendenden mails dort in den privaten ordner und löschst diese mails im original..dann wird der telekom durch imap auch frei.

       

      Ansonsten archivieren mails mit mailstorehome mit eibstellung .nach abholen der mails NICHT von server löschen... als archiv eben

      Hallo @kageel, ich habe dir mal zwei Hilfe-Artikel zum Lesen mitgebracht:

       

      E-Mail Postfach voll - und jetzt?

       

      E-Mails werden "zum löschen markiert" anstatt gelöscht

       

      Am besten mal in der Reihenfolge "abarbeiten".
