was kann ich tun, um die mailblockade bei freemail aufzuheben;ich versende noch keine 200 mails pro monat u. weiß nicht

nicht wie das programm zu der feststellung,kommt " die mail kann nicht versendet werden,da sie höchsten 200 mails pro tag

versenden dürfen".
