M Paket für Mail Buchung nicht möglich

Hallo!
Mein Postfach ist voll, aber es ist mir nicht möglich das M-Paket zu buchen.
Wenn ich rechts auf "Zur Buchung von Mail M" klicken, komme ich ins Kundencenter, wo es dann
so aussieht:
Wie genau soll ich die Buchung denn durchführen. Das Postfach ist blockiert...
