Emailtext nicht mehr lesbar

Hallo,

habe seit gestern, Sa. 02.02.19 das Problem, dass ich in der Telekom-Mail-App zwar E-Mail empfangen kann aber die Nachricht nicht lesbar ist (leere Seite). Mails bis Freitag erscheinen ganz normal. Woran kann‘s hängen? Was muss ich tun/ändern, damit es wieder normal erscheint?
