Guten Tag, seit Kurzem werden neue Unterordner in Outlook 365 ohne eine Synchronisation erstellt. Mit dem Mausklick rechts ist die Synchrofunktion ausgegraut. Hardware Mac Book Air mit aktuellem Betriebssystem, Mailprotokoll IMAP über Telekom. Fehler tritt bei weiteren Geräten in der App Mail auf einem iPhone X und Apple Ipad in der App Mail auf.
