Bestehendes E-Mail-Postfach auf einen Festnetzvertrag übertragen

Hallo,

ich habe mein Mobilfunkvertrag zu meinem Festnetzvertrag hinzugefügt.

Nun möchte ich den Login bzw. Email Postfach vom alten übernehmen.

selbst ausführen.

Leider muss ich am Schluss eine Kundennummer und meine Endung der IBAN eingeben.

Da ich auf dem alten Login aber kein Vertrag mehr habe, habe ich ja auch keine Kundennummer bzw. IBAN Nummer mehr darauf.

Oder Zählt da noch die alte?

    Hallo @runekunz,

     

    vielen Dank für das nette Telefongespräch. So konnten wir den betroffenen Account verifizieren, die Freigabe der eben selbst gelöschten E-Mail Adresse vornehmen und die Adresse konnte direkt selbst wieder angelegt werden.

     

    Auf diesem Weg blieb die Adresse (fast) ohne Lücke erreichbar.

     

    Ich wünsche noch einen schönen Tag.

Use of Utiq technology powered by your telecom operator
